End-User License Agreement (EULA) of Sheep Tag 2

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Luna Wolf Studios LLC.

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Sheep Tag 2 software ("Software") directly from Luna Wolf Studios LLC or indirectly through a Luna Wolf Studios LLC authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Sheep Tag 2 software. It provides a license to use the Sheep Tag 2 software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

If you register for a free trial of the Sheep Tag 2 software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Sheep Tag 2 software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.

This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by Luna Wolf Studios LLC herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any Luna Wolf Studios LLC updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.

License Grant

Luna Wolf Studios LLC hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Sheep Tag 2 software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

You are permitted to load the Sheep Tag 2 software (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Sheep Tag 2 software.

You are not permitted to:

Online Services, Accounts and Third-Party Services

The Sheep Tag 2 software includes online multiplayer features. Access to these features requires an internet connection and may require you to register for and maintain a player account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Software relies on third-party services to provide its online functionality, including Microsoft PlayFab (player accounts, authentication and backend data storage) and Photon (Exit Games GmbH) (real-time multiplayer networking). Your use of these online features is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers. Luna Wolf Studios LLC may add, modify, suspend or discontinue online features, services or third-party integrations at any time.

You agree not to use cheats, exploits, unauthorized automation software, bots or similar third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage, and not to disrupt the Software's online services or other players' experience.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Luna Wolf Studios LLC shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Luna Wolf Studios LLC.

Luna Wolf Studios LLC reserves the right to grant licenses to use the Software to third parties.

User-Generated Content (Custom Terrains)

The Software allows you to create custom content, such as terrains, and to share it with the community (for example, through the Sheep Tag 2 Content Library). You retain ownership of the original content that you create.

By submitting or sharing a terrain through the Sheep Tag 2 Content Library, you represent that it is your own original work, and you agree to license it to the public under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. You also grant Luna Wolf Studios LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to host, reproduce, distribute, display and otherwise make the content available as part of the Software and its content library. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share, and you must not submit content that infringes the rights of any third party or violates any applicable law.

Please note that sharing a creation publicly is, as a practical matter, permanent. If you ask us to remove a terrain you have shared, Luna Wolf Studios LLC will make a good-faith effort to remove it from the Content Library and the website, but the CC BY 4.0 license is irrevocable and copies already downloaded by other users will remain on their devices. Your Privacy

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the information we collect (including account and gameplay data) and how it is used and shared, including through the third-party services described above. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

Termination

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Luna Wolf Studios LLC.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.

Governing Law

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of us.
